Do I have to return my borrowed items to the same library in Lancaster County where they were checked out?

You can return most items, such as books and movies, to any public library in Lancaster County.

Some specialty items, such as games, electronics, dolls and other types of kits, may be labeled with specific instructions to return them to the same library where they were checked out.

Many games, electronics, dolls, and kits may NOT be placed in the outdoor book drop box. These items are clearly labeled. Fines will be charged for such items that are returned in the outdoor book drop box.
